Meet Merchandise Manager, Lauren

Lauren joined the Everything Legwear team back in 2018 as our Merchant for licensed socks. She had brought 10+ years of industry experience and quickly was promoted to Merchandise Manager. Lauren has brought a lot of knowledge to our e-comm department and has done wonders for our Amazon business as well as our B2B and B2C customers.

Now lets get to know Lauren a little better!

Do you have any nicknames or were you named after someone?

Lauren, not really any nicknames.

What college did you attend and what inspired you to pursue a career in fashion?

I received my BFA in Fashion from Academy of Art University. I think having to wear a uniform up until high school really made me most interested in fashion; I could not wait to wear “real” clothes on the weekends!

What is something not a lot of people know about you?

I ALWAYS wear perfume. It doesn’t matter if I’m going to a party or to the gym, I always have it on.

Have you ever traveled outside the country? If so, where and what was your favorite place?

Yes, I’ve been to quite a few countries, probably like 15. Obviously, my favorite was Switzerland since my husband and I got married there.

What's on your bucket list?

To travel to as many places and have as many new experiences as I can!

What do you like to do to unwind after a long week?

Have a glass of wine and some pizza on Friday nights.

If you had a superpower, what would it be?

To fly, it would be so fun!

What is your favorite thing about working at Everything Legwear?

Being able to test and try new ideas in the digital space. We have a smart team that is always coming up with new ways to grow our online business and quickly adapt to the ever changing digital landscape. It’s great to be working with people that are always pushing the envelope!
