Refund Policy

ORDERING INFORMATION

Thanks for shopping at Everything Legwear! Here’s everything you’ve ever wanted to know about ordering legwear on our store!

PAYMENT

We accept popular credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, along with PayPal and Apple Pay. Credit cards are pre-authorized during the ordering process and then settled when your order ships. PayPal and Apple Pay orders are settled as soon as the order is submitted.

Email notifications will be sent upon receipt of your order, followed by another when your order has shipped. Your shipping receipt will include tracking number(s).

MINIMUM ORDER

15 U.S. Buckaroos! We offer incentives to help you save the more you buy, which will also help you achieve the minimum order value.

PRICING

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped within the states of California, New York, and Texas and GST/HST when shipping to Canada.

SITE SECURITY

We employ 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that safely encrypts all private information when placing an order.

SPLIT SHIPPING

We cannot split an order to separate shipping addresses. A separate order is required for each shipping address.

I MADE A MISTAKE

We process orders lickety-split. Unfortunately, once you click on that big pink button, we are unable to make any changes.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PRIVACY

Everything Legwear will not rent or sell your e-mail address. Everything Legwear may share information you provide if you choose to participate in or are entered in a sweepstakes with companies with whom we have joined to offer a promotion. We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payment for orders you have placed with Everything Legwear.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands
Orders received Monday through Friday are shipped the next day from our California warehouse. Orders received over the weekend will ship the following Monday, unless it's a holiday. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, nor are these considered transit days.

Canada
Canadian orders are shipped UPS Ground service unless your order is being shipped to the Yukon, Nunavut or Northwest Territories. Orders shipped to the Yukon, Nunavut or Northwest Territories are shipped via US Post Office Priority Service. Transit time varies depending on location, so please allow 5-10 business days for your shipment to arrive.

CLARIFICATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
What's a "day?" Good question! Everything Legwear is closed on weekends and your basic holidays. UPS and the Postal Service are closed on their published schedules. Thus, when we or they are closed, that's not a "day." So 2nd Day Air sometimes means 4 days. If you forgot to buy a loved one a gift for a very important day and things are looking tight, contact customer service who can tell you if we are able to help. SHIPPING COSTS
Costs are calculated after you have added items to your shopping cart and are based on weight, zone and service level chosen. If your order ships to the US or Canada, orders over $75 receive free ground shipping.
We know that shipping outside of the US is expensive, but we promise we're not taking a cut – you're charged what we're charged.
